Amazon Pay

Brand Manager

Amazon Pay is a payment option that enables merchants to streamline the checkout process, enabling shoppers to checkout using their Amazon account. I served as an in-house creative strategist across social, video, B2B and B2C marketing campaigns, and site design for event landing pages and the subdomain site. I managed vendors to ensure creative was on-brand and scaled creative to US, UK, EU, and Asia.

I was also the Creative Program Manager, created workflows in Asana, and tracked and reported monthly insights. I was the SME for creative A/B tests and made design decisions backed by data.

Animated explainer videos

Competitors like Paypal, ApplePay, and GooglePay already had a significant portion of marketshare. Amazon Pay was a newer payment product to the space and needed to clearly explain what the product was and how it related to Amazon’s brand. These explainer videos helped customers understand the product.

Alexa Bill Planner style guide

Bill Planner was a new feature that Alexa users could use to pay their utility bills with Amazon Pay. There was a need for a style guide so third-party utility partners could represent both the Amazon Pay brand and Alexa brand consistently.

Delivered within 3 weeks. The timeline for this request required many inputs from multiple teams. The workflow I set up in Asana alerted each team on reviews, feedback, and approvals which was critical for an on-time release.
