Xfinity Comcast's Lifecycle Onboarding Series guides a new or upgraded customer through the first 30 days of a new service. Shown here are some examples within the lifecycle program—a redesign of their three-touch Welcome Series, an educational email for their X1 voice remote, and a "how-to" email with tips for their Streaming app.

Highlight: This onboarding series won a 2018 W3 Design Award in the Email Marketing category.

  • I took the initiative to create a visual overview of the Comcast email lifecycle journey for my stakeholders at Verizon to visually show new and current customer user journeys.
